Empress Onyx came to visit me
for a day.
I shared my water with her:
I pulled some of my ice water
from my straw to the lid of my cup,
and she lapped it up.
It's very hot here now,
kitties must stay hydrated...
I spent a few days getting
the care I needed.
I'm on the mend now,
it'll be a little while,
before I'm 100%...
I can't say thanks enough
to all who helped me; Marisol, Wayne, Vicki,
and all my caregivers at hospital.
And especially to my dear friend Janine
whose advice to get to the ER
I took seriously.
In hospital, I watched the final Knicks vs. Spurs
game.
My nurse, Antony, was with me.
We watched the final winning moments together.
It was cool...
I got home on the 14th.
Now, I rest and take care of myself...
