" Bonsai Plum Blossoms, 2019 "

I took a bike ride to Kyodo no Mori Park, yesterday.
It’s early in the season for plum blossoms,
but the weather was so warm,
I packed up my paints, and went anyway…
The park has updated since last season; upon entrance
the tickets are done on a machine,
and you pass through an automated gate…
The blossoms are lovely,
even if I was a bit early, the ones that were blooming were so beautiful,
carrying the scent of early Spring…
It was difficult to find a place to paint,
but as always, after a walk around the park,
a place always presents itself- this time amongst the bonsai plum trees…
I took a few snaps, on my walk around:
