Today, is Setsubun (節分), here in Japan...
This particular object made a compelling subject to paint;
a small but delicately carved, wood "oni"(devil)...
I painted this at my last Etegami session, on 1/10.
Yesterday, was my 6th recording session.
Our producer sat in, for these recordings.
It was a very successful date.
