He came right up to my shoes

Snowy Egrets and Spanish Moss

Just yesterday, Debra and I wound up in the Jensen beach area.
The wind was picking up, along this backroad along the water.
We stopped to get our bearings,
and I got out to photograph this most unusual looking tall shrub,
nearby...
But then I felt something stinging my ankle.
I looked down to see red ants crawling on my feet and ankles.
I got them all off,
and returned to the car...
I did get a great shot of that bush...
Today, the Internet is back!
