Wow.
What a night, last night.
My percussion playing friend Demura-san,
had a house party, at "Club D".
The place was packed with fun people of all ages;
family, friends, neighbors, musicians, singers, photographers, artists, students...
There was bar-b-que, fruit, summer salads, and lots and lots of different drinks.
This is one of my favorite summer drinks!
There were all kinds of jam sessions, going on-
Nao Suzuki played piano,
Kobayashi-san on bass, a pretty girl played cello,
there were acoustic guitarists,
and some spectacular percussion by Demura-san
and friends, great Summer jams!
It was also nice to see his son, Tai, again,
and meet his beautiful daughter, Jen.
I sang a few songs, and also played guitar.
It almost felt like I was at Venice Beach!
No pics to show, as I had no extra hands for a camera!
But I'm sure some will surface...
I'm glad today that I don't have a facebook account.
I don't even want to know...
