I had a fun evening last night.
Me, Michio, & Nao Suzuki went to
meet Demura-san,
a percussionist, artist, and interior designer.
I also met his son, Tai, who is the same age as Michio,
and we share the same birthday!
Demura-san was very hospitable,
and at his "Club D",
he had a piano, guitar, and his many percussion instruments.
A jam session ensued!
The 3 of us will play at Cafe Miwa on 10/29,
for our "Magic October Night"
gig...
Sending my prayers and well wishes to all my family and friends
on the East Coast,
during Hurricane Irene...
