On Thursday, the 21st,
after the typhoon passed,
we got a nice respite from the ongoing heatwave;
pleasant, cool weather!
It was also the day the public pools finally opened.
But instead of wading in the waters,
my friend Michael and I
decided to get our Paul Klee
"fix."
PAUL KLEE: Art in the Making 1883-1940
Now showing at The National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo

An extensive and important show,
a must not miss!

When this beautiful eye catching piece
first appeared on adverts throughout trains,
and art billboards throughout Tokyo,
I was so jazzed to go see it...
But the heat, had me hesitant to brave the subway, till now!
