The Golden Week holiday is upon us,
here in Japan.
For many, that means 1 week off, to travel...
For me,
it means nice weather and slightly quieter streets...
Today, I was able to go to my Etegami class,
after being housebound for a week and a half with a kick-ass cold.
I was glad to be able to go out
and see my friends once again.
On the way to class this morning,
I found a most beautiful flower blooming wild
in front of my house...
A deep, rich purple.
They are called tsuyukusa, here...
